Admin

Programs

• [MXX] NEW-Close program: Marketer can close the program so tasks can no longer be worked and no longer show as pending on dashboards, reports, and action centers [BL-158]
• [MSR] NEW-My Programs Searches: Store Team can search by Brand and other fields. Brand Marketer and Brand Salesperson can search by Brand and Retailer and other fields. [BL-129]

Tasks

• [XSX] IMPROVED-Rejected Task View: Brand Salesperson can now see task history even if the task is rejected and is pending resubmission [BL-207]
• [XSX] NEW-Task Rejection attachments: Brand Salesperson can now include attachments when they reject a task [BL-171]

Retailers/Stores

• [XSR] IMPROVED-Store Card Sorting: Store Cards are now show stores with open tasks alphabetically, for Brand Salesperson and Store views [DEV-544 | DEV-532]

Admin

• [MSR] IMPROVED-Local time: Timezone added to User Profile so that Programs appear in the correct “My Programs” tabs based on the user’s local time [DEV-441]
• [MSR] IMPROVED-Phone number change notification: We now send email to user when user changes their phone (or changed by admin) [BL-201]

• [MSR] NEW-Action buttons: We added Action buttons to allow you to perform different actions on Store Cards, Program Cards, Store Details and more. This includes Action like Excel Export. [   ]
