System Requirements

BrandBlum is a web-based application designed for desktop use. To get the best experience, you'll need a modern browser like the latest Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge version. Note that Internet Explorer is not supported.

✔️ Currently, BrandBlum is not yet fully optimized for mobile devices, so for the best experience, whenever possible, use a desktop device for all your BrandBlum activities.

Setting up your profile

Before you access BrandBlum, you'll need a user profile. We'll create a login profile for you using your email address.

Setting Up Your Password

Before you can access BrandBlum, you'll need to create a password. The Welcome to BrandBlum email generated by the system contains a link to create your password. Can't find the email? Check your spam folder—or go to https://app.brandblum.io/password-reset and follow the instructions on the screen.

Accessing BrandBlum

To access BrandBlum, first make sure that you're on a desktop computer, Mac, or Chromebook. Next, open your web browser (Chrome, Safari, or Edge) and go to the following link: https://app.brandblum.io

Logging in

You'll be presented with the login screen shown below. Enter your email address and the password that we provided you, and click the "Submit" button.

✔️ If your password doesn't work or if you forgot it, click the "Forgot Password" link and follow the steps to reset it.

Navigating the User Interface

BrandBlum's menus and navigation are designed to help you use the system easily and efficiently. As you move through different parts of BrandBlum, you might see different options to help you get around. For example, you might notice a pencil icon to edit information or an "X" to exit or close.

To keep things running smoothly, always use the navigation tools within BrandBlum.

🚫 Avoid using your web browser's built-in back button, as it can mess up your workflow and make you lose your place in the system.

Here are some navigation tips to help you get started. Your screen may appear differently depending on your access.

Main Navigation

1. Your Name and Role: In the upper right, you'll see your name and role within BrandBlum

2. BrandBlum Logo: Clicking on the logo takes you back to your starting screen (your "Home" page. This is usually the "My Programs" page)

Main Menu: Located on the left side of the screen, this menu gives you access to all the main sections of BrandBlum.

3. Flyout Menu: The 3-line icon, sometimes called a "hamburger menu," opens a submenu, a flyout menu. More on that in a moment.

4. Action Buttons/Icons: Depending on your role and the page you're on, you might see buttons like "Add," "Edit," or "Save." These buttons let you perform different actions when you click one of them. Look out for helpful icons, like the pencil icon for editing or the trash can icon for deleting items. Hover over these icons with your mouse to see what they do.

5. Main Navigation Button(s): These buttons directly under the Action Buttons/Icons take you to the main parts of the system.

If you use BrandBlum on a mobile screen, the Main Menu will appear at the bottom of the screen instead of the left side.

The Flyout Menu

You can access the flyout menu, the submenu, by clicking on this icon in the Main Menu

The Flyout Menu contains additional options. The key options are shown below.

1. User Guide Button: Click this button to access the User Guide. It will open in a new tab in your browser.

2. My Profile: This section will allow you to change your profile settings, like your password, email, or phone.

3. Sign Out Button: You can sign out of BrandBlum by clicking this button.
