Overview of Responsibilities

As a Brand Salesperson in BrandBlum, your main role is to act as the bridge between the brand and the retailers. You'll be responsible for approving or rejecting tasks submitted by retailers, monitoring program participation, and providing support to ensure that all activities run smoothly. Your work helps maintain the quality and consistency of promotional programs and drives sales.

Approving/Rejecting Tasks

In BrandBlum, you'll review the tasks submitted by retailers. You'll ensure that each task meets the program’s standards and guidelines by approving tasks that are completed correctly and providing feedback or requesting corrections for those that aren't.

Monitoring Program Participation

You'll monitor retailers' participation in the programs. This involves tracking the progress of tasks and overall program engagement. By monitoring participation, you can identify any issues early on and provide the necessary support to keep the program on track.

Providing Support to Retailers

A key part of your role is to offer support to retailers throughout the program. This includes answering questions, providing clarifications, and assisting with any challenges they may face. Your support helps retailers successfully complete their tasks and ensures the smooth execution of promotional programs.
